Aurélien Blachon joined Mermoz Avocats in 2025. He is a member of the Restructuring & Commercial Litigation team, where he advises and assists both debtors and creditors in preventive and insolvency proceedings, as well as in a wide range of commercial disputes, including complex litigation involving structured fiduciary arrangements. Prior to joining the firm, he completed several internships in restructuring with leading law firms, fiduciary institutions, and alongside court-appointed administrators.
