After having begun his career in investment banking, Vincent then joined the specialty firm-Djavadi & Associés in 2000 and is now a member of the Competition and Distribution team at Mermoz. Vincent primarily works in supporting our clients in matters related to franchising, commercial leases, contracts and transfers of business assets, both as counsel and in litigation.
