Intellectual property

The Site and its Content are the full and complete intellectual property of MERMOZ or of third parties who have granted it a license.

Consequently, you are forbidden to reproduce, represent, use or adapt, in any form whatsoever, whether in return for payment or free of charge, all or part of the Site and its Content, without the prior written agreement of MERMOZ.

Applicable law and competent juridiction

The Site and these terms of use are governed by French law and any dispute arising therefrom shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
