Laetitia Ayoub joined HPML’s team of private equity, mergers and acquisitions and Corporate Law in October 2017. Laetitia joined the firm following the merger between HPML and Mermoz in July 2022.

Advising CTP environnement group, World-leader in chemical cleaning and industrial effluent treatment for the acquisition of PLM Equipements, a company providing specific equipment for decontamination work.
