Thomas Hermetet

Thomas Hermetet is known for his expertise in private equity transactions, particularly in LBOs and mergers and acquisitions. He mainly advises investment funds, partners and managers of SMEs, and French and international groups, whatever the sector of activity. He joined HPML in 2000, and was made a partner in January 2003. He joined the firm following the merger between HPML and Mermoz in July 2022. Thomas taught Civil and Commercial Law for five years at the University of Paris X-Nanterre.
