Mermoz advised the banks (Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels, Banque Populaire Rives de Paris, BNP Paribas and Caisse d'Épargne et de Prévoyance Ile-de-France) on the acquisition of FSystem by Silamir.
Mermoz advised the senior lenders (Banque CIC Nord Ouest, Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Nord de France and Société Générale) in connection with the acquisition by LFPI of a minority stake in Tikamoon.
