Maëlle joined the Structured Finance team in 2023. She advises both borrowers and lenders on acquisition finance and leveraged finance transactions. Prior to joining Mermoz Avocats, Maëlle trained within the Banking and Finance teams of both French and international law firms.
Mermoz advised the lenders (Société Générale, Crédit Agricole Nord de France and Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels) on the LBO on Cevino Glass.
Mermoz advised the banks (Banque Populaire Auvergne Rhône Alpes, CIC Lyonnaise de Banque, Crédit Lyonnais, Société Générale and BNP Paribas) in connection with the OBO on the Dimotrans group.
Mermoz advised the senior lenders (Banque CIC Nord Ouest, Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Nord de France and Société Générale) in connection with the acquisition by LFPI of a minority stake in Tikamoon.
