Benjamin started his career in the Banking & Finance departments of Herbert Smith Freehills and Hogan Lovells, before leading during 9 years the Structured Finance activity destined to financial institutions at CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats. He advises our clients (banks, investors and borrowers) on all types of structured finance transactions (both in France and on cross-border transactions). After working on various types of financing transactions (including project finance and renewable energies), he now specialises on acquisition finance and LBO transactions (mainly smid-cap) and also regularly advises clients on corporate syndicated financings, often with impact criteria. He also took an active part in the French EuroPP working group with Paris Europlace.
