Before co-founding Mermoz as managing partner, Catherine Nahmias-Ferrandini worked in law firms such as Gide-Loyrette Nouel and Wilde Sapte (now Dentons), and then as Senior Counsel in labour law, litigation and collective relations at IBM France. Her extensive experience within large law firms and international groups enables her to expertly lead the employment law department at Mermoz. She supports companies in all individual or collective labour law issues and coordinates with legal and operational teams on matters related to collective negotiations, restructuring, integration, termination and outsourcing operations. Additionally, Catherine assists clients in individual and collective litigation as well as litigation in the case of social security contribution adjustments.
