Marina Llobell has been a lawyer since 2009 and is specialized in Private Equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions as well as in Corporate Law. She first worked at the law firm SK&Partner before joining HPML in May 2016. She joined the firm following the merger between HPML and Mermoz in July 2022.
