Tristan Segonds specialises in mergers and acquisitions, with notable expertise in private equity transactions including LBO and growth capital. He advises foreign investors wishing to carry out operations in France and supports his French clients in their operations abroad, particularly in the United States, the United Kingdom, Eastern Europe and Russia. Before co-founding Mermoz, Tristan spent ten years in London working with international investment funds (3i group and Intel capital), before becoming Partner for a French business law firm in Paris where he spearheaded their international business growth and success.
