Virginie Florance, Manager of Mermoz Lyon, is specialized in mergers and acquisitions and regularly acts on behalf of French and International clients. She has also developed an expertise in Private Equity for funds and investors. She joined HPML in 2015, after having worked for several years in international law firms, before HPML merges with Mermoz in July 2022.
