Martin specialises in financing, corporate and corporate governance law. Martin's primary areas of expertise include private equity (LBO and growth capital) and M&A transactions, with a particular emphasis on financing. His fluency in four languages allows him to work on a wide and diverse range of international transactions. Before joining Mermoz, Martin worked internationally in such law firms as Jones Day (New York and Paris offices) and NMW.
